Can I customize my order?

Yes , almost everything we create can be personalized with names, dates, colors, or messages. Each product page will tell you exactly what you can customize.

How do I send you the name/details for personalization?

There’s a personalization box on every product page. Just type in what you want, and we’ll take care of the rest.

Can I add extra names later?

Yes! Many of our products grow with your family, so you can reorder extra name pieces anytime. Depending on the product, of course

Do you send a design proof before production?

For most products, no, to keep turnaround fast. For very detailed or complex items, yes and we’ll tell you before checkout. If you are a business, we do offer extra customizations

Production & Materials

What materials do you use?

We carefully choose every material we use from premium wood and acrylic to sturdy card stock and specialty finishes. All our products are kid-safe and made to last. You can always check the “Made With” section on each product page to see exactly what materials were used.

How long does production take?

Most orders take 2–5 business days to make. Bigger or seasonal items might need a little more time.

Are your products handmade?

Yes. Every piece is designed, crafted, and packed by hand with a whole lot of love.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship within Jordan and to many international locations. You’ll see the options at checkout.

Do you accept returns?

Since every item is made especially for you, we’re unable to accept returns unless there’s an error on our end.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Just message us within 24–48 hours with a photo, and we’ll fix it right away.

Can I cancel or change my order?

You can change or cancel within the first 12 hours before we start production.
